Dan Mangan, PT, MSPT, OCS

Dan earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 1999 and became licensed in the state of California that same year. Dan has been practicing almost exclusively in outpatient orthopedics and earned the distinction of an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) in 2003.

Dan opened Mangan Physical Therapy in 2008 on the foundation of providing the best and most effective physical therapy possible. Mangan Physical Therapy has built its steady growth and excellent reputation on this foundation.

Dan lives with his wife and four children in the city of Murrieta and has been proudly serving the Temecula/ Murrieta for over 20 years.


Sabrina Tovar, PT, DPT

Sabrina earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the university of Loma Linda in 2006 and has practiced almost exclusively in orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation ever since. Sabrina has been a valuable member of our clinic since joining Mangan Physical Therapy in 2009. Sabrina utilizes her 10 years of skills and knowledge in treating her patients at the highest level and has earned a reputation as a skilled and caring clinician in the Temecula/ Murrieta community.



Jamie O'Fallon PT, DPT

Jamie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2010. Throughout her education, Jamie was recognized for academic excellence, including being awarded Valedictorian from San Diego State University as well as receiving awards for excellence in manual therapy and academic achievement while earning her doctorate degree./p>

Jamie joined Mangan Physical Therapy in 2013. She specializes in pelvic floor as well as orthopedic rehabilitation. Jamie is passionate about helping men and women take control of their pelvic floor dysfunction. Jamie strives to create an environment where patients feel comfortable discussing pelvic floor disorders and receiving appropriate and effective care. Jamie emphasizes manual therapy treatment techniques in conjunction with therapeutic procedures and modalities.

In her spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her children, exercising, and exploring new coffee shops.

Jamie has received advanced training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, Kinesio Taping, and advanced manual therapy courses.



Ann Kenney, PTA

Physical Therapy Murrieta

Ann earned her BS in Kinesiology (Applied Exercise Science) from California State University of San Marcos in May 2009 and received her Associates in Physical Therapy Assistant from San Diego Mesa College in May 2013.

She has been a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2008 and has been a California State Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011.

She began working at Mangan in 2017. She has experience with scar tissue tools and Kinesio Taping and enjoys working with all orthopedic patients.

Ann is married with 2 kids. Born and raised in North County. In my spare time, I like to do DIY projects around my house with my husband. I enjoy scuba diving and hiking.



Nicole Allen

Physical Therapy Murrieta

Nicole graduated from Loma Linda University in 2010 with an Associates degree in Physical Therapy. Nicole is also a Certified Medical Massage Therapist and graduated from Hands-on Medical Massage in 2006. Nicole earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from California Baptist University in 2016. Nicole has earned certifications in Facial Movement Taping and Performance Movement Taping. Nicole has also received advanced training in TMJ massage techniques.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.



Carlo Lumbad

Carlo graduated from San Diego State University in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. Carlo then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, graduating with honors in 2015. Carlo emphasized his coursework in manual therapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and spinal instability.

Carlo has professionally focused on outpatient orthopedic settings and has also worked as an independent home health therapist. Carlo and his fiancee are proud residents of the Temecula community where they enjoy wine tasting, local trips to San Diego and surrounding areas, and engaging in discussions regarding who is the better dog trainer (answer: Carlo).
